Jarrabt+ subscriptions aren't open yet, so there are no payments so far. This policy is final and applies from the first day subscriptions open.
This is the Jarrabt+ refund policy. If you have any questions, write to us.
Cancellation at any time
You may cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
Full refund within seven days
If you subscribed for the first time and change your mind within seven days, we refund the full amount, provided you have not used Jarrabt+ features. Usage means any of the following three:
- Creating a custom category
- Using more than three smart sorts in a month
- Changing an experience's privacy
Yearly subscriptions after the seven days
Consumed months are counted at the monthly rate (14.9 SAR per month), and the remainder is refunded to you, with a minimum of zero.
Before your subscription renews
We notify you well before the automatic renewal date.
How the refund reaches you
Refund requests are processed within three business days, and the amount is returned to the same payment method. Arrival in your account depends on your bank, and typically takes between five and fourteen business days.
Legal compliance
This policy complies with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, including Article 14, which guarantees the right of withdrawal within seven days unless the service has been used.
