By using the Jarrabt platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Service Description
Jarrabt is an online platform that lets you:
- Record your personal experiences for services and products
- Organize these experiences into categories
- Share your experiences with friends or make them public
- Discover and save experiences from other users
The core service is free. We may offer paid (Jarrabt+) features in the future under separate terms.
Registration and Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account
- We reserve the right to refuse registration or close accounts in specific cases (violations, fraud, etc.)
Permitted Use
You may use the platform for the following purposes:
- Recording your real personal experiences
- Sharing your experiences with friends or the public
- Discovering and benefiting from others' experiences
- Reporting violating content
Prohibited Use
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Posting fake or fabricated experiences
- Defaming individuals or businesses with false content
- Posting offensive, racist, or discriminatory content
- Posting advertising or commercial content without prior permission
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
- Using bots or automated tools to scrape data
- Violating any law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Impersonating any individual or entity
- Abusing the reporting system (malicious reports)
Intellectual Property
The platform's content (design, logo, copy, code) belongs to the Jarrabt team and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Content you post: remains yours. By using the platform, you grant Jarrabt a non-exclusive license to display this content according to your settings (private or public).
Content You Share
When you publish an experience on the platform:
- You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the content
- You warrant that the content does not infringe any third-party rights
- You bear full responsibility for any claims or disputes arising from your content
- We reserve the right to hide or remove content that violates the Content Policy
- Published experiences reflect only the views of their authors and do not represent the views of the Jarrabt platform
Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. Jarrabt is not responsible for:
- The accuracy or truthfulness of experiences posted by users
- The quality of services or products promoted in experiences
- Any purchase decision or commercial transaction made based on platform experiences
- Temporary service interruptions or data loss caused by technical failures beyond our control
Experiences on the platform are personal opinions and do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jarrabt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.
Account Termination
Termination by you: you may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. This will result in deletion of all your data within 30 days.
Termination by us: we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Have violated these Terms or the Content Policy
- Have engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity
- Are subject to a request from a competent legal authority
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the new Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from use of the platform shall be referred to the competent courts in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
